    Hi i am having Issues with my Facebook for Woocommerce, it shows error #100 Facebook for WooCommerce error: (#100) Missing Permission, started on the 21st of July, i have reached out to facebook but they said not from their end. Kindly assist

    Please check if the problem persists while you have only WooCommerce and Facebook for WooCommerce activated with Storefront set as your default theme.

    Also, to help us further identify the issue, could you please share with us any Fatal Error logs found under: WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

    As a quick troubleshooting effort, could you please re-connect the plugin to your shop’s Facebook page and see if it helps? We have a guide for that here: https://woocommerce.com/document/facebook-for-woocommerce-how-to-re-connect/

    If that makes no difference, please try uninstalling and reinstalling the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin and the WooCommerce Facebook App as laid out here?

    Please let us know if these steps address the issues.

    Hi @osayimwense1,

    400 Bad Request response error is a bit generic, but I can see a reference to a missing product with id_15241 in the response body. Have you recently deleted product(s)?

    Can you please purge the cache from your LiteSpeed Cache and WP Fastest Cache plugins?

    Also clear product and expired transients in WooCommerce > Status > Tools.
