Facet filter show custom values as selected

I have some facet filter fields in the instant search. The fields are like country, institute, ranks. I have saved some default values for those filters. So when user will land on the instant search page it should show the default values for facet filter should be checked/selected and the search result should be shown on the basis of selected attribute.

Example I have saved some country values as ( united states, spain, germany ). For institute I have lets say abc institute, ght institute and xyz institute saved, for rank I have 3,4,5

No when some user lands on that page it should show the facet filter for united states, spain, germany should be selected. Any other country should be there but not selected. So the same thing should be done with institute and ranks facet filter.
