Facts Showing Twice And In Wrong Order

  • When looking at individual pages, some facts are showing twice and in an odd order. Also, not all facts are shown and descriptions are cut short (max number of letters?).

    This is one example. Birth, death and probate are first, which is fine. Then residence as found in census records which goes 1851, 1911, 1891, 1901, 1881, 1925. It then repeats the residence facts again.

    I’ve checked the GEDCOM file and the info is only in there once.

    How do I get the facts to show in chronological order, and include all facts?

    • SEP 1845 – Birth – ; St. Decumans, Somerset, England
    • 11 JUN 1926 – Death – ; Tudor Cottage Field Lane, Letchworth, Hertfordshire, England
    • 3 SEP 1926 – Probate – Thomas Tudor Pole of Tudor Cottage Field Lane Letchworth Hertfordshir
    • 1851 – Residence – Age: 6; Son ; Egrove Farm, St. Decumans, Somerset, England
    • 2 APR 1911 – Residence – Age: 66; Married; Father ; 16 Royal York Crescent, Clifton, Gloucestershire, England
    • 1891 – Residence – Age: 46; Head: Married; Corn Merchant ; Weston-super-Mare, Somerset, England
    • 1901 – Residence – Age: 56; Head; Married; Corn Merchant ; Weston-super-Mare, Somerset, England
    • 1881 – Residence – Age: 36; Married; Head; Corn Trade (Merchant) ; 2 Beaconsfield Road, Clifton, Gloucestershire, England
    • 1925 – Residence – ; Tudor Cottage Field Lane, Letchworth, Hertfordshire, England

    There is no date sorting in the current version, which is why the show in the order entered.

    Not sure why the doubling of Facts. The first thing to determine is if they are in the database twice.

    I Ed, thanks for your reply.

    As I mentioned in my original post, I checked the GEDCOM file and all information is only in there once. Any ideas where else I can check to see if the problem is at my end first, rather than the plugin?
