    Hi All.

I love this plugin and the motion effects particularly.

The issue I’m encountering is that on some screen sizes, especially small laptop sizes, the fade in animation effect on some of my pages (especially those with large images) doesn’t trigger soon enough and the user ends up looking at a white page and then thinks something is wrong and leaves.

Here’s a video to show the issue:

  • Hey

    There can be many reasons
    1- Size of the images
2-Have you tried decreasing the time of the fade-in animation effect.?
3- Lazy Load(if you are using any external plugin for the lazy load so it can also affect the same because in the latest version of WordPress lazy load function is default enabled)

Let me know if that helped.??

I can’t disable motion effect. I was try many times.

    Hey

You don’t need to disable motion effects, you just have to check the timing of the particular elements which are loading slow.

Have you enabled lazy load feature on your website?
and also please tell me the WordPress version you are using?

Sorry, I found – I need to edit the column, but not the sector. Thanks
