    Hello. I am trying to get in contact with you, through the premium version contact page. Sent two messages. I tried to make a purchase, fist with Paypal and then with credit card. Both failed. In my account I now have two “pending” purchases. Please respond to my emails please. Order number #64514 and #64512.

    @argentum,

    Very sorry for the troubles, not sure why either checkout option did not work. I do see these 2 pending sales. I will delete them from our shop, generally if a sale fails the sale will remain pending for a day or 2, then it will get removed from the system. You can always contact us too at support@ slickremix.com. Please email us their for any follow ups you may have. And again sorry for the troubles, I know it can be frustrating when all you want is what you want and you get stuck along the way!

    Sounds good. I have deleted the pending orders on our end. We also just made an update to our shopping cart system that will hopefully correct that issue too. Thanks again for using our plugin and have a great day!
