Fail Downloading

This plugin is my favorite companion!
Lately, when I click “download”, I get the file with “size=0 bytes“>Download link generated by Media Downloader is:
https://www.mysite.net/CategoryinUTF8/?md_getfile=https://www.mysite.net/path/to/FileNameBut When I change the link MANUALLY into:
https://www.mysite.net/path/to/FileName.mp3I get the file downloaded with the correct size.
Does this has any relation to Media Downlaoder?

The option: Advanced > Remove “.mp3” from download URL (checking it may cause some server overloading)
was checked.
I have unchecked it, the problem disappeared.
But now download button shows a player, not downloadable file (with wp audio player). From there I can download the file manually!So, download and play functions are the same!
This seems to be a bug.
