Fail the download of a pdf product

  • I have a problem when the clientes try to download a product (pdf) from the online store.
    It seems that all is ok, the email confirms that the product is ok and it starts the downloading process. The problem is the file is 0 bites!!
    I have checked with diferents files and always is the same… how can I fix it??
    Please is very important because the clients cannot receive the pdf!
