Fail to Connect the Contact form7

    I’m follwing the youtube vidoe to configure the contact form. I test few times, when I summiting the contact form it would not redirect to the whatsapp or whatsapp webpage. But the admin already recieve the email from the contact form.

    I have also tried in the other website, the result still the same. It would not redirect to the whatsapp or whatsapp webpage.

    To send leads using CF7 with the latest version of our plugin, you’ll need to set up an SMTP configuration. You can use any SMTP plugin to configure the setup for connecting Contact Form 7 to WhatsApp.

    Thank you for your suggestion. I’ve tested the setup on one of my testing websites where I’ve fully configured the WP SMTP plugin. Unfortunately, the plugin still isn’t working as expected. Despite the correct SMTP settings, the leads are not being sent through Contact Form 7 to WhatsApp.

    Could you please advise on any additional steps or troubleshooting tips that might help resolve this issue?

    I believe I’ve found a solution to achieve this feature on my own by writing a custom code snippet.

    Regarding my site, if you require login credentials, I’m unable to provide them. The site is https://deomlife.com/contact-us/, but I have already removed the plugin. As such, it may not be possible for you to test it.

    It works from your site as well. The data sends CF7 to WhatsApp properly. We didn’t encounter any issues.

    I used my code snippet to implement this feature instead of relying on the plugin’s functionality.
