Fail to minify/combine JS and CSS external into one

Hello Guys,

Thanks for this fantastic plugin Frederick, really helped a lot.

I’ve followed different tutorial to set it up properly. Overall it really worked well but I’m still struggling to combine JSS and Style Sheet, trying to reduce the HTTP requests

The default minify feature method helps me to go from 18/17 to 6/5, but when I want to combine the remaining manually, it goes back to 18/17. I entered the js url as specified in this tutorial :
