Fail to retrieve password

I have forgotten my wordpress username and password.

So I tried “Lost your password?”. I typed my password in into the box, and clicked “Get New Password”. Then the screen showed “Check your e-mail for the confirmation link.”

The problem I have is, after waiting for hours, I don’t receive any email at all.

Because of that, I am not able to login and update my WordPress.
