Fail tu upload file

Hello,

I have a form and the file upload is not working.

i receive the message : failed to upload file

i have read and follow the instruction here : https://contactform7.com/file-uploading-and-attachment/

my folder is r/w and define( ‘WPCF7_UPLOADS_TMP_DIR’, ‘/your/file/path’ ); is setup to the right folder

any help ?
