    I just had a really scary thing happened that I don’t think is human error. Without manually changing an order that was first canceled it then moved to processing. We packed and shipped the order and noticed that we haven’t recieved payment to late as the order was in processing status.

    Has anyone else experienced this problem. As you can see on the screenshot the timestamp is the within the same minute.

    Hi @droneit,

    Just checking further, which payment method did the customer use when placing the order? Also, by any chance, do you have any automatic order status changing plugin?

    No automatic order status plugin and the payment method was Paypal with the standard Paypal plugin. It has never happened before and never after. But a bit scary.
