    Hello, how to fix?

    Hi @aivanov2,

Thanks for being patient with us.

It seems like a permission issue from your server side. To fix this issue, you can do two things. one is to contact with your service provider and another is to enhance file permissions to 0655 or 0755 from FTP or cPanel.

Please let us know if you have further questions.

    Warm regards,

    Support team
