Failed consent set up review with a Google Tech advisor

    Is anyone else having difficulty getting the Complianz Pro plugin for WordPress to show (consent: “default” ) instead of “update” for consent initialisation? I followed this user guide https://complianz.io/consent-mode-for-7-0/ for my setup but I can’t seem to get it to work correctly.

    Within GTM I’ve imported the container which I downloaded from the same user guide.

    I’m currently running plugin version 7.0.8.

  • I got a similar issue. Does yours update when you click “accept” for the banner?

    @solutionsamurai after clicking Accept everything works perfect. It’s just the initial consent that I can’t get to show as “consent” : “default”.

    After clicking Accept (working as expected):

    Before clicking Accept (not working as expexcted due to “On Page Default” consent not being set):
