Seems to be a problem with the One-Click install software, you will need to contact your web host since there isn’t much you can do from your end.

Yes, like @hostpuma said it would be best to contact Bluehost seeing as it is an error with there one-click installer. You can contact them on the phone or by a live chat (https://my.bluehost.com/hosting/chatlite).
