Failed Installing Gears

Hello fellas,

I always fail to install gears. it says “Local storage status: Error: Download of ‘https://devacation.net/wp-admin/images/align-center.png’ failed, status code 404”

I have tried disabling Gears, reloading the page, and re-enabling Gears but still it doesn’t work..

any suggestions?
