    I have done Webhook setup but receive this Error:

    FAILED. Status Code: & Response Body: {“success”:false,”msg”:”The given WP Webhooks API Key is missing, please add it first.”}

    I have set Webhook integration and mapped all necessary fields, so where is the bug?

  • Hi there! Thank you for your message.

    Could you please let me know what version you are using? And which action are you trying to do?

    The error means the URL you have posted doesn’t contain the action query parameter at the end, which is added by default (for instance &action=create_user). If you have copied the URL from somewhere, please make sure it is assigned to the correct action within our plugin -> Receive Data.

    I hope this helps so far.

    All the best,

    Omar

    I got it, now works; however it is not getting user role parameter slug, pass and name. Just take the email parameter, please check image.

    Hi again! Thanks for the update.

    Could you please let me know what version you are using? And which action are you trying to do?

    Regarding the fields not being picked up, if the meta value is stored within your post_meta table, this is possible. If you’re unsure about it, you can use a plugin that displays all of the custom metadata on each post, such as JSM Show Post Metadata. When you can find it there, it’s possible with our plugin. Otherwise, we would need to dig a bit deeper.

    I hope this helps so far!

    All the best,

    Omar
