Failed my expectations

    1. mobile notifications not working – missed all chat requests so far
    2. after missing them, i only get email and cannot see them & reply in inbox / chat areas
    3. cannot chat in the same area like our clients (in our own website)
    4. cannot use more than one chat app at the same time
    5. marketing vs reality
