    Hello together,

I installed Wordfence yesterday on my site. After the installation everything works well. But today I visited the site again and got an error. After activating the debug mode I found this:

Warning: require_once(/data/web/1/000/137/653/526328/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/wordfence/lib/wordfenceClass.php): Failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /data/web/1/000/137/653/526328/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/wordfence/wordfence.php on line 125

I searched for this exact problem, but didn’t find another solution… Then I deactivated the wordfence-plugin per FTP and I was able to visit the frontend again. It was also possible to log into the admin dashboard, but I couldn’t open any function in the menu, cause of a 403 “You don’t have permission to access this resource”.

WordPress and all plugins are up to date. I work on a hosted apache server.

Does anybody has an idea about 1. the wordfence problem and 2. why I can’t enter any admin-functions?

I really hope for your help!

    Roman

Hi @romanofw, Thank you for reaching out.

Could you please provide more details on the second problem “why I can’t enter any admin-functions? “?

Additionally, please send a diagnostic report to wftest @ wordfence.com. You can find the link to do so at the top of the Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostics page. Then click on “Send Report by Email”. Please add your forum username where indicated and respond here after you have sent it.

NOTE: It should look as follows – Screenshot of Tools > Diagnostic > Send by Email

    Thanks,

    Mark.
