Failed opening required /wp-content/plugins/db-cache-rel

after error in renaming plugin folder i start having this issue….
i renamed the folder back, re-install db-reloaded but still have this error on almost every URL.

all files are there:
– db.php
– db-config.ini!!!
workaround is to add ‘?” in the end of urls to acess it… but i want to have everything working as before…..
