Failed Order

    Hello. I just wanted to ask if it is possible somehow to name failed orders differently. I need to have the numbers of successful orders sequential and don’t really care about failed ones, can you help?

    To clarify I want to have something like this:

    A1 Successful order
    A2 Successful order
    A_FAILED Failed order
    A_FAILED Failed order
    A3 Successful order
    A4 Successful order

    Failed orders may have same names, or have different, or have no name, the main thing that Successful orders should by sequential

    Also don’t want to number Pending payments, pleas advise

    We understand your requirement. However, currently, the plugin does not support any option to set order numbers based on order statuses.

    We will add this request to our development backlogs. Based on the development efforts, we will bring it to either free or premium version of the plugin.
