    Hi, I can’t find solution to this, the Stripe sent me here, so I am asking for any help.

    I have booking system and when the customer wants to pay the order, but the payment somehow fails, he is not able to press payment button again, because the booking is already created (aka item is sold out).

    I believe the easiest solution to this is to send e-mail notification to customer with payment link, to try again, but I can’t find out how I can do that.

    Can you help me with anything to solve this? We are mostly booked or blocked with failed payments and have to deal with it manually, but sometimes the customer try to order again and again and it creates huge mess in our system.

    Can you please share how the booking system was added to your site since this is not part of the core functionalities of WooCommerce?

    If you’re unsure, please share your System Status Report that you can find via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

    Hi, the booking system is YITH booking and appointments plugin – I also contacted their support, but you were faster answering.

    I believe this would happen if I have one last piece of item left in stock and the customer would not be able to pay for it since its “blocked”, but this can be my wrong guess.

    Can you just confirm that you can’t send any automatic e-mail to customer if order payment fails?

    By default, WooCommerce will send the Failed Order email to the chosen recipient(s) when orders have been marked failed (if they were previously pending or on hold).

    You can check the email settings and template under WooCommerce > Settings > Emails.

    These orders have the payment failed or was declined (unpaid) or requires authentication (SCA). Note that this status may not show immediately and instead show as Pending until verified (e.g., PayPal).
