    Hello there,

Everything has been running smoothly ever since I installed your plugin last year. However, in the past few days, I’ve encountered an issue that is described on Github here.

I’ve experienced two failed orders so far, both accompanied by the following error message in the backend: “Could not retrieve order. Maybe it was already completed or this browser is not supported. Please check your email or try again with a different browser. CreditCardGateway.php:396 Order status changed from Pending payment to Failed.”

Additionally, I’ve encountered one order that was declined. I’ve noticed that you haven’t updated the plugin since the release of WordPress 6.3, and I’m now seeing an incompatibility notice. I’m hoping that no bugs have developed since then, and that the plugin is still compatible with the latest versions of WordPress and WooCommerce. If it is indeed compatible, you might need to release an update to eliminate this notice.

Do you have any suggestions on how I can resolve this issue?

    Hello,

Regarding the error message, I want to point out that this issue is known to us. As you already know from our private correspondence, a detailed explanation and solution can be found at your linked GitHub issue: GitHub Link. This issue generally involves outdated browsers, and in some cases, conflicts with other plugins.

Regarding the compatibility notice you’ve mentioned, I can assure you that our QA department has already tested the current version, and it is indeed compatible with the latest updates of WooCommerce and WordPress. However, we are aware of the notice and a new update for our plugin will be released in the coming days to eliminate this concern.

I hope this information helps you in resolving the current challenges you’re facing with the PayPal Payments plugin. If you have any further questions or need additional support, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.

    Kind Regards,

    Krystian
