I’ve been trying and trying to find out why many of our orders fail and giving only “Could not process order” error. I used to have your old plugin and it worked great. After updating the website, this was offered as replacement. I went to many forums and I see others have the same issue and was promised to be fixed but it is not fixed. Someone mentioned that the orders FAIL only when someone is placing an order with a debit card using Chrome. If they use a credit card it doesn’t. Or if they use other browsers it works even with a debit card. I have not tested this theory yet but I will.

The new version v1.7.0 lists a fix for this issue. Try updating and see if issue persists?

The 1.7.0 update should indeed improve the reliability of the PayPal Card Processing. There have been cases before where interactions with third-party plugins were responsible for card payments randomly failing but this should not be an issue anymore.
If there are any failed PayPal orders though, then this would likely have a different origin. If you need assistance I suggest opening a thread in the support forums: https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/woocommerce-paypal-payments/
    Thanks!

    Kind regards,
