    Customers call in that they get a general error message and cannot place orders. We get a failed order with the note: “Couldn’t process order”. Not much else.
    First the just the simple Paypal payments were activated I believe then customers got errors but the order didn’t even come through, but then I activated the credit card payments hoping that will work better but now I am getting all these failed orders. Someone mentioned on other threads that if someone is using a DEBIT CARD with CHROME they get failed orders. If they use a credit card it works. Or if they use other but Chrome even with a Debit card that works. I don’t know this because I haven’t tested it but I can imagine this happening since some of the orders do come through.

    Please note if the order is failed it means the payment did not go through.

    To take a better look, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response. Thanks.
