Failed Orders Are Receiving Payments

We have had 3 orders starting October 4th that show as failed in WooCommerce, but payment has successfully gone through.
All of these orders were credit card orders through PayPal Pro. Here is the error status:
“PayPal Pro payment failed (Correlation ID: 7296afe2f44d8). Payment was rejected due to an error: (10536) “The transaction was refused as a result of a duplicate invoice ID supplied. Attempt with a new invoice ID” Order status changed from Pending payment to Failed.”Ever since starting with WooCommerce and PayPal around 6 years ago, we have had orders that we initially receive a failed order email from, then less than a minute later that order changes to processing and we receive a new order email followed by a sucessful payment on PayPal.
Now it seems to be doing the same thing without changing the order status. How can we fix this?
