    We have been using the plugin successfully at greatpaperstraws.com however in the past few months, there appears to be a change at authorize.net. We are seeing the “failed” orders reported to the user even though monies were successfully captured at authorize.net. This happens when billing address is not the same as shipping address. When the 2 addresses are not the same, they are flagged in Authorize.net as “FDS – Authorized/Pending Review”. Looking at that transaction in Authorize.net, it reports “Address Verification Status: Street Address: Match Zip: Matched first 5 digits (Y)” and “Fraud Filter: Shipping-Billing Mismatch Filter”, “Fraud Action: Authorize and hold for review”. How can we configure things so that the order is not flagged as a failed order to the website buyer when we did in fact collect the money on the order?

    Please check Fraud detection suit AVS and Shipping address settings.
    in normal cases for ecommerce, it is common to have different billing and shipping address. Would recommend using AVS and turn of Shipping address verification. For more details please contact indatos dot com support
