Failed Readiness Report: UK and IM VAT FLAT rates

I already asked these questions as pre-sale questions, but no answers.

Currently I use the Aelia VAT Assitant on my live site.
I’m testing your free plugin on my staging site.

Before July 13, the UK and IM VAT rates were set as 20%, after July 13, I changed the UK and IM VAT rate from 20% to 16.5% (because my cost of goods are under 250￡).
While with Aelia, everything works fine, your plugin is unable to provide reports and the reports freezes my dashboard.
Also the Woocommerce Reports Taxes are compromised because they do not show the UK and IM rates (while with the Aelia VAT Assitant are shown correctly).
I tried setting the UK and IM VAT 16.5% rates in the Reduced rates with no results.
I tried setting the UK and IM VAT 20% rates in the Standard rates and 16.5% in the Reduced rates with no results.

Any suggestions?

Also, does your site read the data previously recorded by the Aelia VAT Assitant?
