    I’m getting the following error when attempting to issue a refund:

    “Failed to refund transaction. Please try again at a later time.”

    According to Braintree’s documentation:

    If your integration uses an SDK version older than those listed above, and the processor declines a refund, you will receive one of the following two validation errors in lieu of a processor response code:

    Hard decline: 915200 – Failed to refund transaction.
    Soft decline: 915201 – Failed to refund transaction. Please try again at a later time.

    Not much more could be found regarding this.

    Hi @chadwickhugh,

    I’d recommend sending the refund ID to Braintree support and asking them for additional information on why the refund is not being processed by the Braintree API.

    The plugin doesn’t have access to any more info than what Braintree provides in the API response.
