Failed registration attempts

Thanks for creating this plugin. You mention other logs will be enabled in further version.

Can I suggest you create a much needed registration log? We need to know how many times an ip is attempting to register and failing.

I get two types of attack, login attacks and registration attacks. Currently I do not know how many times hackers are failing to register due to my use of Captcha forms etc, and also I would like to know the ip address of successful registrations from hackers (everyone really, but I will know the hackers) so I can ban these addresses.

There are a few plugins that offer login attempt logging but none that I can find that do the same for registrations yet the number of attacks via registration are greater than the number of failed logins I think – judging by the number of successful hack registrations I get.
