Failed to add user – 400

    Hi,
    I am getting the error Failed to add user – 400 when I try to test my Mad Mimi subscriptions. I have already read about this issue on other issues.

    My API key is CORRECT and so is my email address, but I keep getting the red X sign when adding this. I think this is why the api won’t work. Please help. I see nothing wrong.

    Sorry for the delay in response.

    Yes. If you are getting the red X it is because we have failed to connect to your Mad-Mimi account.

    Some other plugin, or your theme, may be preventing us from communicating with their serversz. You will need to search for conflicts, to see if that could be the case or not.

    To search for conflicts, please follow these steps.

    1. First please deactivate all plugins except Optin Cat and see if the issue persists.
    2. If the issue is resolved, reactivate your plugins one by one, testing after each to see if the issue returns.
    3. If no conflict is found among your plugins, try reverting to a default WP theme like ‘Twenty Sixteen’, or ‘Twenty Seventeen’, and see if the issue is resolved.
