    Hello,

The transaction of the page I made with forninator worked perfectly in May 2021 when I configured it, but in the last few days it started to work abnormally. It creates problems in the trivial transfer of the calculation-1 field and checking with inspector I found several errors in the backgroud on the wrong reference to the google characters and another of the type “jquery.inputmask.min.js? Ver = 1.15.7: 8 Uncaught RangeError: Maximum call “which are mabedue related to this plugin. I double-checked everything and the configuration remained correct … what should I do?

    Thanks for the attention

  • Hello @andycucca !

I hope you’re doing great today!

From the reports of the “Maximum call stack size exceeded” error I’ve noticed in the console it seems that this may be caused by having visibility rules in a loop – ie. one field is checking the status of another field but the other field is checking the status of the first field. Please check whether that’s the case in your form.

If the issue still persists, we’d like to take a closer look at the form and see what may be causing this. If you could export it for us, that would be great. Here’s how to export the form: https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#import-export

After exporting, please either upload the file to a cloud drive and share a link here or you can use a service such as https://pastebin.com

    Warm regards,
    Pawel

    Hello Pawel,
Unfortunately I was unable to solve the problem, so I am sending you the 2 forms that have problems. They are both on the same page, but I don’t think that could be the problem.

    Hi @andycucca

I hope you are doing good today.

From what I see both forms do not use visibility rules and the errors in the browser console could be related to form language. I escalated this issue to our SLS Team so that they can dig into this issue further for you. We will post an update here as soon as more information is available.

    Kind Regards,
    Kris

    Hello there @andycucca

Our Second Level Support team further researched this issue and found that it is caused by the decimal part separator of the total number in the second form.
To fix this issue he will need to change the calculation field separator format of the “Iscrizione al Circolo, tessera FS I ed Endas” form to 1,234,567.89.
It seems to be a bug in Forminator though and we are passing this issue over to the Forminator devs to provide a fix in a future release.

    Thank you,
    Dimitris

    Hello,

I supposed the problem was related to the format of the calculation field, but I was not 100% sure about this..
Thanks you for your quick end professional help.
