The document will render with garbled text in some browser configurations if the document contains characters from outside the US-ASCII range. The character encoding of the page must be declared in the document or in the transfer protocol. admin.php

Great news, we recently deployed a fix specific to this error.
Please update to the latest version and you should no longer have this problem.
Much appreciation for reporting on this error, hope we were able to find a solution fast enough.
