    Hi master,

    Previously there is no issue for submitting the form from my contact page, but it seems the error showing up by this few weeks.

    A curl error is something to take up with your web host. That is a component that is not part of WordPress but part of the server OS, so there’s nothing the plugin can do to fix that.
