Failed to connect to 2607:f8b0:4009:80a::200e: Network is unreachable

Do you know for certain the Google URL was entered correctly? 99% of the time this error is due to the form not being set up correctly. I’d be happy to try and replicate the problem if you want to fill out my Help and Support Form.

Yes, the Google URL is correct, the plugin work perfectly many weeks.

Today was detected the problem (nothing change on WP), i think is a problem beetween ip4 and ip6 with our main hosting (a2hosting).

I open a ticket on hosting services for investigate, but can may a general problem in other hosting services with similar response.

On the plugins settings page there is a option to enable and disable some of the HTTP transport options. Dashboard > Settings > Google Forms – “Advanced” tab

You can try to disable cURL but I don’t think the plugin will work without it.

If i disable cURL i have “connection error” directly.

If disable SSL option, have the “Network is unrechable”.

I think is a problem on my hosting provider in the implementation of ip6, but many other providers can give the problem or a cURL directly in PHP version.
(php v 5.3.27)

I am not surprised it didn’t work. Back in early 2014 I found out that a change to the WordPress HTTP API makes cURL a requirement. It is the only way I am able to make the plugin work.

I thought I read somewhere that WordPress had deprecated support for PHP 5.2 but I can’t find it now. The WordPress recommendation is PHP 5.6. My hosting provider gives me a couple choices of PHP versions I can choose from for my site, I am running 5.4.19 currently.
