Failed to connect to api.www.ads-software.com:443

  • Hello People,

    I am a new user or WordPress and starting to set up my own online shop.
    I installed latest WordPress of free 000webhost.org, and domain at OVH, Filezilla for FTP.
    I got two issues:
    1. I cannot add plugins or themes from my wp-admin (blank page with error)
    2. I got a critical error with: cURL error : Failed connect to api.www.ads-software.com:443; Connection time out.

    Can you help we to resolve those issues?

  • Hello @mxxx44,

    Where have you hosted your site? IT seems the problem lies with the host. Can you check with them if the security wall has blocked outgoing connection?
