How can i make it work?

Installing the themes manually and plugins don’t work either!!
for uploading them from my computer, it needs the same famous FTP credentials that doesn’t work!
Any other Ideas?

are you ona local host?

if not, have you contacted your hosting provoder

Non i’m on server,
i contacted my hosting provoder and they said that its a developer, wordpress problem!!
because with my FTP credentials, i can connect to Filezilla, it works! but not in wordpress!!

Also, you CAN install themes and plugins via FTP access (FileZilla).

Now you are saying: i can connect to Filezilla, it works!

Which is true?

use Filezilla to upload plugins to this folder: https://example.com/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/

Also use Filezilla to upload a theme to this folder: https://example.com/wordpress/wp-content/themes/
