Hey @temereva, thats a strange error to receive. Did you try connecting multiple times? The only way I could see this happening is if there is/was a temporary issue with the authentication on Google’s end.

Thank you for the prompt response, Koen. I tried connecting multiple times yesterday and once today, with the sale result. I’m wondering if it might have something to do with the amount of connections? Our organization uses this plugin for multiple properties in our GMB, and at the moment of connection, the first response I received was this: “posttogmb.com already has some access”, and with the next step it returns the error I mentioned earlier: Could not verify Google access token: “keys” member must exist in the JWK Set.

Do you have any other suggestion?

    Thank you,

Hey Eva, apologies for the late response. Theoretically you should be able to connect up to about 50 websites to the same Google account. If you connect more after that, the plugin will stop working on the oldest connected website.

Is the plugin still working fine on the other sites? I’m leaning more towards some kind of technical problem or plugin conflict with that specific website. Could you share the debug info from Tools > Site Health > Info > “Copy site info to clipboard”?
