    After submitted the form i have this error : Failed to connect to Salesforce.com
    I don’t understand why…

    Neither do I. There are a bunch of reasons that can happen, most have to do with your server setup.

    There are likely some clues in your debug.log if you turn it on and try a form submission.

    Send me that and I can possibly help, but 99% of the time this is because your web host has failed to keep OpenSSL/Curl updated.
