Failed to detect a valid SSL certificate error message on step 3

    Hello,

    I’ve followed all of the steps for the SSL Zen plugin process so far but seem to have an issue on step 3. I keep getting the ‘Failed to detect a valid SSL certificate error’ message and don’t know what to do about it.

    Can you help, please?

    Hi,

    Thanks for getting back to me. The issue was caused by my site being an addon domain. Moved to the main domain and applied the SSL certificate using your plugin. Absolutely brilliant.

    A really, really good plugin, so thanks for making it!
