    Hi tno5,

is this on the latest version? Do you get the error on every module or is it isolated to specific modules? Is there any chance we could take a look at your site? Just the frontend would probably be enough to see what’s going on with the module.

Ok so i am again getting the error. You can login here:

    username: trial
    pwd: Yv4uQew6zsGcYVeGjzJ8g0

Then you can go here: https://super-axe.myliftersite.com/cluevo/lms/my-learning-tree__trashed/demo-course/demo-chapter/

Once you click on any module it will give that error.

    Thanks

it seems i either have to refresh the page or refresh the plugin!

Hm, I can’t tell much from the screenshot, I’d have to see the js console to say anything specific. If it happens regardless of the module you could unlock one of the demo courses for guests so I could take a better look.

Did you install any new plugins recently? Have you tried uninstalling and renstalling the plugin?

Edit: oh, just saw your reply, I’m going to take look!

Ok, so I took a quick look and it seems like you somehow deleted the post belonging to the root tree element. That’s not something we considered happening, but we’ll get this sorted so this can’t happen again. I then tried accessing your module and it seemed to load fine for me. I tried with all display modes and couldn’t get to any error message.

Could it be a browser issue? Could you try with another browser?

Yup could be a browser issue. I ll test this a bit further and if i am able to replicate the issue I ll definitely update you!

You should probably edit out the login credentials in your post so no-one else logs into your site. It’s probably best if you change the password.

I’ll take another look tomorrow and run some tests, I’m sure we can figure this out.

    Sure ??

Can you also help me with this: So when i click a module that i have previously started, it gives an option of starting a ‘New Attempt’ or ‘Resume’. Is there a way to always Resume a module instead of allowing a user to reset it? We only want people to attempt a module once.

I’ll try get this option into one of the upcoming releases, can’t promise that it will be in the next one though.
