    I’d like to start by apologizing for not getting back to you before. Unfortunately, we have received an unusual amount of support requests, which is delaying our response time, and we generally answer in the order received.

    I can see you are on a WordPress.com plan, and currently, Jetpack Boost is not fully compatible with WordPress.com plans, but we are working there to make sure that Boost works seamlessly with WordPress.com plans.
