    Hi all,
    since I have sent several mails and still an open ticket in your support, I try to get help here.

    After having several issues to sync the catalog from woocommerce, i have revoked the access in business center of tiktok for the plugin.

    Since then I am not able (even after deactivtion, delete and reinstall of the plugin) to receive a new connection to the business center.

    The log file, we have sent already 3 times to your support team, but no feedback yet.

    solved the issue, by installing and older plugin version. retried to connect, got error again, after updating the plugin to 1.012 it worked
