Failed to get business entity Code 10032

Hi all,
since I have sent several mails and still an open ticket in your support, I try to get help here.After having several issues to sync the catalog from woocommerce, i have revoked the access in business center of tiktok for the plugin.
Since then I am not able (even after deactivtion, delete and reinstall of the plugin) to receive a new connection to the business center.
The log file, we have sent already 3 times to your support team, but no feedback yet.
