I am facing the same problem with my website. I have an online course system with Tutor LMS PRO, and after the update, the service stopped. The lessons are not loading, and the layout of the system has changed. One shows the Tutor system with how the lessons are appearing, and the second image shows the same error as our friend @digitalmaker.

I rely heavily on this service, and if you could assist us, it would be fantastic.

I’m also having the same issue. I see the message “Failed to initialize plugin: codesample” whit no context.

Yo presenté el mismo problema, solo que tenia la versión 2.7 y al actualizar el problema se resolvió

Does it also have the same issue with the classes? The layout changed, and there is no access to any class?

I am also having the same issue. No one can participate in the course exams now.

I have the same issue”I just installed the latest update of Tutor LMS 3.0. Since then, I’ve been encountering a critical error that makes my modules inaccessible. Additionally, when accessing the course builder, this message appears:?Failed to initialize plugin: codesample.”

For anyone looking for a quick fix to make your site working again you can rollback the tutor lms version back to the 2.77. I did it immediately as i saw that the 3.0 was not working.

Just like everyone else, I’m having this issue also…
@danidile94 When you did this, did your course info stay or did it have to be restored?
I do not want my course information to go away when downgrading through this method.

Download the previous version 2.7.7 and manually install on plugins. Thks @danidile94!!

@lucasguicar I can second this works and course info stays. Thank you!! Hopefully they fix this error soon so we can upgrade

The only problem that I find is:
When I open the menu on Elementor Pro I can′t find the itens from Tutor LMS.
I′ll work around with Products from Woocommerce.
Maybe anyone can helpe me with this new problem!

Hello,

The issue seems to be a version mismatch between Tutor LMS Free and Pro. To ensure compatibility and proper functionality, both versions of the plugin must be the same. For example, if you’re using Tutor LMS Free 3.0, you’ll need to update your Tutor LMS Pro to the corresponding version.

The issue also persists when trying to generate a certificate. I get a nonce error and then the page keeps refreshing. This happens when I set a custom certificate instead of the default ones. I discovered there is an incompatibility issue between the Tutor and Tutor Pro plugins (both are the latest update of 3.0.1)
