Customer registration – Residence number disappears

Hello everyone, everything good? I would like some help from you.

I have a bugudum.com.br store. When the customer buys it fills in a registration, including street name and number. But when the customer finishes this registration, the residence number disappears, I always have to call the customer to know the residence number. A bag, eh? Well, I do not know where the conflict is and why it disappears.
It can be in the theme used in wordpress (Storefront – Bistro) or Woocommerce. Just remembering, the client always has to put the street name and the residence number in the same field as the registration form. Thank you for your attention! I’m waiting for a little help.
