    Evaluating for purchase – deactivated waiting on pre-sales support help. Will update review later if things actually begin to work. Too bad – I was excited about what this plugin claimed to have to offer. ??

    Heard back from support – all pre-sales and freemium support is handled by the community. In other words, no support. Uninstalled.

    Back and forth with their support, they seem to believe that this isn’t a support pre-sales issue – that the plugin will not install.

    And then, later, the support email tells me that pre-sales includes difficulty installing the product and you need assistance.

    Clearly this is incorrect. Either that, or their support doesn’t bother to read your email reports.

    Don’t waste your time with this or them.
