I installed the plugin 3D Viewer a few days before and set up everything. I uploaded an .stl-file as well as an .glb to my website. I could verfiy that the system works with both formats. Recently I get the error “Failed to load file for import.”.

The faq explaines “It usually happens when you try to load a model from an external url.” which is not the case.

Are there other error that lead to the message “Failed to load file for import.”?

What may be the problem? Are there any knows plugins or settings that interfere with 3D Viewer?

    Thanks for any help.

    Hello

It’s a public place. If you don’t mind, could you please send the link to the model page?

    Thank you

Thank you very much for your reply. Do you mean my website with “model page”?

Right now it is password-protected and some people review some parts. I would need some time to put it public. Then I can send you the corresponding link.
