Failed to load jQuery

    It looks like a plugin conflicts issue or missing/corrupted file issue.

    First, step you can do is to switch to a default theme and check for conflicting plugins on your site. See if this step resolves your issue.

    If all else fails, try reinstalling a fresh copy of WordPress and it will most definitely resolve your issue.

    Your image says Backbone is the problem, not jQuery.
