  • @neiruq,
This is most likely caused by an Ad Blocker in your Browser.
If you turn it off for the back end of your site, the plugin should load correctly.

Because the script contains the name “Amazon” and is loaded via JavaScript, most Ad Blockers will stop them from executing because they think they are Amazon Ads.

    Hi Don,

I already try this option, and has the same error, any thoughts?

    Thanks
    Enrique

You can also check your antivirus program – some of them have browser plugins that also do ad-blocking.

The error you are showing is for the loading of the tinyMCE button (which is only loaded in the admin on the edit pages), so you have to specifically tell the ad blocker to either ignore that script or not to run on the edit pages.

    What ad-blocker are you using?

If you cannot figure it out, I can tell you how to manually edit it out of the plugin (which I usually advise against), but in this case if it is stopping the visual editor for you and you can’t stop it, it may be the only solution.

    Regards,
    Don

Also – you can try clearing any cache you might be using (and the browser cache).
    Don
