Failed to load plugin: quads_shortcode from url

When I open new post, it gives me eror “Failed to load plugin: quads_shortcode from url …./wp-includes/js/tinymce/plugins/quads_shortcode/plugin.min.js”
It is so much irritating to close the popup every time I create new post, modify a post or revise a post.
